在2009年和2011年兩屆美國阿萊恩特國際大學引領的領導者會議中發言探討服務主導型模型研究和領導力模型應用。
在2010-2011年間，作為項目發展，為美國阿萊恩特大學跨校區學生機構創建章程并為其中的工商管理學會創建章程。
在2013年，基于阿萊恩特加速項目的發展目標，與當地的小型私人企業和公司合作構建數據管理及創新型數據倉庫建設。
